Registration for QRE87

To register for the coming season 07-08, pls reply by return email or confirm over the phone for your registration by 15Aug07. If no response is received by the above date, it is assumed that the individual will not bejoining until further notice. Basic registration fee for this season will be HKD600(subject to change but most likely will be this amount). No play will be allowed if full registration fee is unsettled. Hence, it is recommended to settle your registration fee on our coming friendly matches or before our first league game with WongKit(our treasurer)

Benefits after Registration

1 set of new team Jersey will be purchased for all members. In case of crash on colour, team manager will arrange another set of jersey for the team or to share old jersey between team members.

Guaranteed Play for League Matches subjected to [pre-match registration ][punctuality] [match strategy]
To attend end of year Award Ceremony and Annual Dinner

Responsibilities of a Registered Member
*****************************************
1. Registration Fee
2. Participation Fee for HK$40 per league game for playing half time or more and HK$30 for playing less than half-time
3. Participation Fee for HK$30 per friendly game. (Of course if we are not asked to play for the invited game, then no participation fee is required)
4. Pre-match registration
5. Punctuality - to report to duty manager at least 15 mins before game starts. Otherwise, the individual will be classified as a non-registered player for the match
6. Personal Fitness

Pre-Match Registration

1. 48 hours before match, managers (Fred/ Wildboy) must be informed of their attendance by either email or phone call
2. a list of registered players to be published.
3. anyone registered after the cut off time will automatically be placed with the discretion of the manager - no guarantee of play.
4. Managers will decide the initial line up based on registered members.

POWER OF MANAGERS

1. Manager's decision is final and there shall be no questioning.
2. members are encouraged to give opinions to managers but it is at thediscretion of the managers to decide the final strategy used
3. Manager shall decide positions, tactics, substitution, stand-in-manager(when both are not available or not on the field) and including the appointment of captain for each match.
4. Manager to abide straightly to rules laid out and all members areconsidered the same.

Objectives for this season

1. To put in a realistic effort to compete for the trophy in all categories
2. For league game, base on the max of 7 subs, if we have 18 or less players registered on time and are punctual, everyone will be guaranteed to play. Amount of playing timeto be decided by managers. Even we have over 18 players registered, it is Manager's discretion on the start-up formation. There will be no guarantee to start up with the best formation. The formation will be very much depended on the punctuality of the registered players.
